Shipping & Delivery
We ship from Vancouver, BC, or our warehouse in Washington, DC. All orders are hand-packed and dispatched within 1–3 business days. You will receive your tracking number via email as soon as your package leaves our studio.
We always choose the fastest and most reliable option, but delivery times vary depending on the courier and your location. Here are the approximate delivery times:
- Canada: 2–7 days
- USA: 3–5 days
- International: 5–14 days

Please note that some international orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes upon arrival. These are the responsibility of the recipient.
Returns
We want you to be delighted with your Phone Jewelry. If anything falls short, we're here for you.
Unused items can be returned within 30 days of delivery in original packaging.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or gets lost in transit, just let us know. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund. Email team@grls.shop with your order number and a photo.
