We treat every GRLS order like a gift to a friend. To ensure your jewelry decals arrive safely and quickly, we ship from our two locations in Vancouver (Canada) and Washington, DC (USA).

 

Shipping Methods & Rates We’ve simplified our shipping to prioritize peace of mind. All our standard rates now include full tracking, so you can follow your order from our hands to yours.

 

USA & Canada

  • Standard Tracked: $10 USD / $13 CAD (Flat Rate).
  • The GRLS Gift: FREE Tracked Shipping when you order 3+ packs.

 

International (Worldwide)

  • Global Tracked (Airmail): Starts at $15 USD (depending on the country and distance, so check out the checkout page).
  • The Global Gift: FREE Worldwide Shipping on all orders of 5+ packs!

All international orders are shipped via tracked air mail. Delivery times vary by country (usually 10-21 business days). Please note that customs fees or import duties are the customer's responsibility.

 

Delivery Timelines

  • USA: 3–5 business days via USPS/UPS.
  • Canada: 2–7 business days via Canada Post/Chit Chat
  • International: 7–14 business days depending on the destination.

Note: All orders are hand-packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. You will receive your tracking number via email as soon as your package shines its way out of our studio.

We are obsessed with quality, and we want you to be too. If your GRLS charms don’t live up to your aesthetic or you’ve simply changed your mind, we’re here to help.

30-Day Effortless Returns You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your items. To be eligible for a return, your charms must be unused and in their original premium packaging.

How to Start a Return Simply email us at team@grls.shop with your order number. Our team will guide you through the process. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged.

Damaged or Lost Items In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or gets lost in the mail, don't worry. We stand by our products 100%. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund immediately—no stress, no drama.
