We ship most of our orders via regular national mail. Standard mail does not include tracking, and delivery times depend on the postal service. But don't worry, 98% of all envelopes arrive safely within 1–2 weeks. We kindly ask for patience.
If you prefer a tracked option, you can choose it at checkout for an additional fee.
Shipping Methods & Rates
Canada (from Vancouver):
• Canada Post Letter Mail – Free (no tracking)
• Registered Mail – 15 CAD (with tracking)
US (from Washington, DC):
• USPS First Class Mail – 5 USD (no tracking)
• USPS Ground Advantage – 10 USD (with tracking)
International:
• Standard Mail – 5 USD (no tracking)
• Registered Mail / UPS (if applicable) – 25 USD (with tracking)
Delivery Times
We ship from Vancouver (Canada) or Washington, DC (USA), depending on the destination.
Canada:
• Standard Letter Mail: usually up to 7 business days, but not guaranteed.
USA:
• USPS First Class: typically 2–5 business days, but not guaranteed.
International:
• Most orders arrive within 1–2 weeks.
