We ship from Vancouver, BC, or our warehouse in Washington, DC. Most orders go out within 1–3 business days.
We always choose the fastest and most reliable option, but delivery times vary depending on the courier and your location. Here are the approximate delivery times:

Unused items can be returned within 30 days of delivery in original packaging.
If your order arrives damaged or defective, or is lost in transit, email us at team@grls.shop with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund.

Clean the surface with rubbing alcohol and let it dry completely.
Peel carefully and position before pressing down. Once placed, press firmly for 3–5 seconds.
Works best on smooth surfaces:
plastic, metal, glass, hard cases, AirPods, MacBooks, and more.
Works less effectively with soft-touch or silicone cases. Press firmly across the full length, smoothing each section evenly, and run your finger over it a few times until the adhesive sets.
To remove, lift the edge gently with a flat tool.
